Passion Red produces fruits elongated with low physiological spot, and unmatched ripeness, outside is a neat fruit, and with an inside strong salmon color that develops a delicious fruit with an amazing flavor that differs from other Papaya varieties, besides a fragrance that makes it unique. It’s remarkable the extraordinary post-harvest life that may exceed 10 days without damage caused by fungi.
At the beginning of harvest, Passion Red fruit may develop large size and weight, but as production progresses, averaging get reduced fruit reaching between 2.0 and 2.5 kilograms each one.
