Siluet

An important feature, is that it doesn’t have the strong smell as is common in large papayas; by contrast, it has a very pleasant aroma similar to the Hawaiian papayas. Field their yield per hectare is between 80 and 120 of marketable fruit per hectare. Siluet Papayas has a weight between 0.5 and 1.5 kg. It has and excellent internal quality with red pulp of 4 cm thick and a sweetness that between 11 ° and 14 ° Brix. External maturation is yellow shades of red giving slashing.

Long shelf life and marketing acceptance allows it to get it for fresh fruit or freshcut. By its format and weight, Siluet papaya is widely accepted in both local and export markets.
